Job summary

جامبينو Taif in KSA is seeking a Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee daily trampoline park operations, lead the floor team, and ensure a safe, fun guest experience. You will model safety standards, support staff, and help deliver memorable visits for every guest.

The ideal candidate has previous team leadership or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a team leader or customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service awareness and safety mindset.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day park activities during shifts.
• Lead and motivate team members on the park floor.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure procedures are followed.
• Act as first point of contact for guest questions or issues.
• Support staff training and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment checks and park presentation.
