Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a Senior Public Area Supervisor to oversee all luxury housekeeping operations in a flagship property. You will guide daily cleaning across lobbies, restaurants, elevators and arrival areas, and ensure Luxury Quality Assessment standards are consistently met.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hospitality with supervisory experience, pre-opening exposure, and strong Opera PMS proficiency. A proactive, impeccably groomed leader with ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping.
• Experience in supervisory or assistant management role.
• Experience in pre-opening stages including project coordination and document control.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning across shared spaces (lobbies, restaurants, elevators, arrival areas).
• Conduct frequent inspections to ensure surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet Luxury Quality Assessment standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors, fostering heartfelt hospitality and anticipatory service.
• Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs (marble polishing, carpet shampooing, VIP setups).
• Liaise with Engineering, Front Office and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring sustainability and safety protocol adherence.

Lead coach and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors fostering a culture of heartfelt hospitality and anticipatory service

Program Planning

Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs such as marble polishing carpet shampooing and special setups for VIP arrivals or events

Departmental Collaboration

Liaise with Engineering Front Office and F amp B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly

Resource Management

Monitor the usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment ensuring adherence to the resort s sustainability and safety protocols
