Job summary

Expro is seeking an Assistant Operations Engineer in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia to provide operational engineering support and ensure compliance with Client, Regulatory, and Expro QMS/H&S standards. You will assist in safe product design, create and review engineering drawings, and perform key calculations.

The role requires a degree in engineering and experience with 2D/3D CAD, PDM systems, and engineering software. You will participate in design reviews and contribute to documentation control.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in computer aided engineering techniques (2D & 3D Modelling).
• Knowledge of Engineering systems, standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist to design products which are safe to manufacture, handle and operate; conform to applicable specification and meet certifying authority requirements and are cost effective, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Contribute to the production and review of engineering documentation including project design drawings, BOMs, test procedures, reports etc.
• Perform all relevant engineering calculations to verify design intent.
• Operate Engineering systems and software packages.
• Enter Engineering documents in the PDM system and configure.
• Attend design reviews and engineering meetings as required.
