Job summary
Expro in Medina is seeking an operational engineer to provide design support and ensure drawings and documents meet client, regulatory, Expro QMS and H&S requirements.
You will assist in CAD modelling, prepare BOMs and test procedures, perform engineering calculations, operate engineering systems, and manage documents in the PDM system.
The role requires a degree in engineering and knowledge of standards and practices, with participation in design reviews and technical meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
- Experience with 2D/3D CAD modelling and engineering calculations.
- Familiarity with engineering standards and QMS/H&S requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist to design products which are safe to manufacture, handle and operate; conform to applicable specification and meet certifying authority requirements and are cost effective, reliable and fit for purpose.
- Contribute to the production and review of engineering documentation including project design drawings, BOMs, test procedures, reports etc.
- Perform all relevant engineering calculations to verify design intent.
- Operate Engineering systems and software packages.
- Enter Engineering documents in the PDM system and configure.
- Attend design reviews and engineering meetings as required.
