Job summary

Raffles Makkah Palace in Makkah is seeking a proactive Housekeeping/ Banquet Operations leader to support the Banquet Director in daily operations. You will supervise staff, ensure service standards, and collaborate with Maintenance to keep banquet areas in top condition.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safe, efficient operations in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is required for this role.
• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
• Experience with guest service and banquet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Lead and assist the Banquet Director in day-to-day department operations
• Conduct regular inspections of banquet areas
• Train Supervisors and Colleagues as required
• Coordinate with Maintenance for repairs in banquet areas
• Address guest concerns and log notifications to proper departments
• Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
• Follow departmental policies and safety procedures
• Report maintenance items and support safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
