Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Construction Director, T&C and Hand-Over to lead construction supervision across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate with the D&B Contractor for testing, commissioning, and hand-over, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires extensive leadership of Resident Engineers and engineers, strong stakeholder management, and a focus on optimizing project controls and commercial outcomes within a large-scale infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of experience in construction and engineering projects.
• At least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role within construction supervision or engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction supervision activities across the project lifecycle.
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate team members to maintain a high-performing organization.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
