Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior QA/QC professional to oversee quality management across high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. You will lead audits, manage QMS, and drive corrective actions with contractors, consultants and suppliers.

Requirements include 12–15 years in QA/QC for major buildings, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and experience with ITPs and non-conformance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
12–15 years of QA/QC experience on major building projects, with 5+ years on high-rise developments.
CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
Experience with Middle East, GCC, or international high-rise projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality management systems and contract compliance across civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
Review QMS, ITPs, Method Statements and Quality Procedures for compliance with ISO standards.
Lead internal and external QA/QC audits and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers for timely inspections and approvals.
Prepare quality reports, NCRs, CARs and project quality records.
