Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Testing & Commissioning Lead to manage activities across building systems from pre-commissioning to final handover. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• SCE registration preferred.
• CCP, ACG, BCxP or equivalent certification highly desirable.
• PMP certification an advantage.
• LEED AP or sustainability certification beneficial.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in testing & commissioning of building systems.
• Minimum 5 years on major high-rise and large-scale building developments.
• Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience highly preferred.
• Experience with commissioning activities from construction completion through final handover.
• Experience working with consultants, PMCs, developers, contractors and facility management teams.
• Involvement in integrated systems testing and operational readiness programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing and commissioning activities across all building systems from pre-commissioning through final handover.
• Review and approve testing commissioning plans, procedures, method statements, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and specialist suppliers during commissioning.
• Develop and monitor commissioning schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Witness FAT, SAT, IST, and performance testing.
• Identify commissioning risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contractor performance and verify readiness for commissioning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports on progress.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate handover documentation and operator training.
