Job summary

Rosewood Jeddah is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage social media calendars, update the website and online listings, and create promotional visuals for outlets and seasonal brochures.

You will support revenue optimization, plan innovative events, collaborate with operations, and ensure campaigns align with the Rosewood identity across channels and partners. Experience in luxury hospitality marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rosewood Jeddah social media channels with a yearly calendar, engage followers and identify post opportunities.
• Oversee Rosewood Jeddah website and online listings (e.g., TripAdvisor) to ensure updates align with Rosewood standards.
• Create and design hotel collateral, F&B promotions, menus, and seasonal brochures within brand guidelines.
• Assist in managing marketing resources to optimize revenue potential across hotel operations.
• Develop innovative marketing events and activities to sustain a creative communications schedule.
• Collaborate with operational teams to capture great ideas and deploy them in marketing plans.
• Develop tasteful concepts reflecting the positioning of each restaurant or business.
• Ensure campaigns are approved in a timely manner per the communications strategy.
• Maintain strict adherence to corporate identity guidelines in all materials.
• Coordinate with banks, airlines, and retail partners for mutual marketing benefits.
• Strive to exceed department objectives set with the DOS&M.
• Assist in building and maintaining fresh guest databases and data integrity.
• Implement and control annual events and campaigns supporting each business's positioning.
• Monitor new revenue tools to spark marketing innovation and creativity.
• Support Rosewood Jeddah’s launch marketing strategy by market segment.
• Prepare monthly revenue stats reflecting historical and future trends for Rooms, F&B and C&B.
• Ensure event calendars are reflected on web and e-commerce platforms.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by DOS&M and uphold departmental policies.
