Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Cluster Marketing Manager to elevate digital marketing for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based at The Red Sea with regular travel to AMAALA, you will shape strategy, oversee content, and drive brand storytelling across channels to enhance awareness, engagement, and revenue.

This role blends creative storytelling with performance marketing, requiring leadership across stakeholders, agencies, and a high-performing content team in a luxury hospitality context.

Qualifications

• Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong storytelling with a focus on performance marketing and brand strategy.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven leadership of creative teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, CRM, and site optimization.
• Lead social media strategy and editorial planning for Rosewood Amaal and Rosewood Red Sea.
• Direct content production across photography, videography, and short-form video with a creative team.
• Build and manage influencer partnerships from outreach to performance evaluation.
• Monitor campaign performance with analytics, A/B testing, and conversion analysis.
