Job summary

pladis Global is seeking a motivated individual to enhance our sales efforts in Saudi Arabia by developing and executing planograms and displays. The ideal candidate will analyze major account sales data and support the field sales team with various distribution programs.

This role demands strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in both English and Arabic, contributing to pladis's vision of bringing happiness to consumers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates should have excellent organisational, analytical, and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver planograms and displays for the field sales team.
• Analyze sales data for major accounts in order to develop catman projects.
• Support the execution of permanent and temporary display tools.
• Implement distribution drive programs with the sales team.
• Follow up on sales team incentive programs.
• Ensure all products are available in all activated areas.
• Conduct monthly market visits to selected cities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Planograms, displays, Branding for the TT in order to support the Field Sales Team in execution.
• Analysis of sales data for major accounts and/or channels in order to develop the catman projects across KSA.
• Support in execution of permanent and temporary display tools.

• Proposes/defines distribution drive programs in collaboration with the sales team
• Follow up sales team incentive programs
• Ensure that the POSM secures on time & executed on the ground
• Ensure all activity product are available in all activated areas.
• Monthly Market visit to in selected cities.
