Job summary

pladis Foods Limited is seeking a results-driven individual to develop and deliver Planograms and displays that support the Field Sales Team in execution. You will analyze sales data for major accounts to develop category management projects and support the execution of display tools.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, is proficient in MS Office, and is fluent in both English and Arabic. Monthly market visits are part of the role to ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Planograms and displays for the Field Sales Team.
• Analyze sales data to develop category management projects.
• Support execution of display tools during promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team on distribution drive programs.
• Follow up on sales team incentive programs.
• Ensure timely execution of Point of Sale Materials.
• Confirm availability of products in activated areas.
• Conduct monthly market visits to selected cities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Planograms, displays, Branding for the TT in order to support the Field Sales Team in execution.
• Analysis of sales data for major accounts and/or channels in order to develop the catman projects across KSA.
• Support in execution of permanent and temporary display tools.
• Proposes/defines distribution drive programs in collaboration with the sales team.
• Follow up sales team incentive programs.
• Ensure that the POSM secures on time & executed on the ground.
• Ensure all activity product are available in all activated areas.
• Monthly Market visit to selected cities.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and data management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• English & Arabic.
