Job summary

Alstom in Riyadh invites an Asset and Configuration Intern to join the Riyadh Metro project. You will support Asset Data Management, Configuration and Obsolescence activities, working with IBM Maximo and SAP data, and help drive data governance.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams, develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel, and ensure records are complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering or information systems.
• Interest in Asset Management, Configuration Management or Data Management.
• Knowledge of database concepts and data quality principles.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP, EAM or CMMS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Data Management in creating and maintaining asset records (Maximo/SAP).
• Monitor obsolescence and update the Obsolescence Tracker with plans.
• Assist with Material Master Data Management and SAP GSI part numbers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to improve data governance.
• Review documents for completeness and consistency to ensure data quality.
