Job summary

Omrania is seeking an experienced Architect of Record (AOR) Coordinator to support architectural projects from design through construction in Riyadh. You will act as the primary liaison among design teams, the Architect of Record, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural project coordination, design, or construction administration.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and architectural standards.
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Architect of Record, design consultants, and internal teams through all project phases.
• Manage and track architectural drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure project documents comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate submissions for authority approvals and permits.
• Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of deliverables.
• Review consultant drawings for consistency and coordination.
• Track RFIs, submittals, design changes, and document revisions.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain document control and archiving of project records.
• Support construction administration by coordinating responses to site-related technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
