Job summary

ISAM KABBANI & PARTNERS FOR CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE CO., LTD in Saudi Arabia is seeking a CAD designer to prepare drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and joinery details, while coordinating with suppliers and project teams to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture with at least 3 years' experience, strong English, and proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings layouts elevations sections and joinery details.

• Coordinate with contractors consultants and project teams during design and installation.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings layouts elevations sections and joinery details
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material samples catalogues and quotations
• Assist in preparing specifications Bills of Quantities BOQs and material schedules
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and project teams during the design and installation phases
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs
• Maintain project documentation and drawing records

Qualifications
