Qualifications

• Dental-related degree or experience in the dental industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support services, including demonstrations, installation, debugging, training, and maintenance.
• Train clients on newly launched application solutions and product functions.
• Create application cases, technical documents and training materials.
• Record and analyse after-sales data and report product issues to supervisors and R&D.
• Assist R&D in testing new product software and hardware and provide improvement feedback.
• Support on-site activities such as exhibitions and competitions and explain product performance.
• Monitor market and competitors and feedback internally.
• Propose improvement suggestions based on customer feedback.

• Monitor and collect information on clients and competitors in the market, and establish an internal information feedback mechanism.

• Possess knowledge of equipment software and hardware, and provide service support for dental‑related products.

• No work experience required; good speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
