Diet Watchers in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Lead to expand food subscription sales through our app and related platforms. You will shape strategies, manage campaigns, and lead a small team to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales growth, digital marketing, or business development, with a proven track record in e-commerce or subscription models, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least five years of practical experience in sales growth, digital marketing, or business development, preferably with e-commerce apps or subscriptions.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving conversion and retention rates.
• Strong skills in sales data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital analytics tools, and marketing campaign management.
• Strong planning, analytical, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Experience in healthy food, restaurant, or food subscription industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase app and subscription sales and improve conversion.
• Create subscription packages and promotional offers to raise average order value.
• Develop retention strategies and win-back programs to sustain renewals.
• Analyze sales data, CAC, CLV, and campaign ROI to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing to design campaigns and testing of new channels.
