Job summary

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, part of Red Sea Global, seeks a Senior Manager – Logistics Systems & Technology to lead strategy, design, and optimization of the logistics IT landscape across warehouses, transportation, and international freight.

You will own system architecture, drive SAP integration, oversee WMS/TMS implementation, and partner with IT, procurement, and operations to deliver cost-effective, scalable, data-driven solutions that improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in logistics systems, supply chain management, technology, or digital transformation.
Proven leadership with at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.
Experience coordinating across IT, warehousing, transportation, sourcing.
Strong SAP integration experience in logistics environments.
Experience leading RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
Experience managing multi-site logistics systems implementations.
APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and governance of logistics systems and automation across the network.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of WMS, TMS, FMS, AMS, RFID, and RPA solutions.
Ensure SAP integration (MM/SD/FI) and data integrity across platforms.
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and ongoing system support.
Provide executive MIS reporting on logistics systems performance, risks, and roadmap progress.
Define, mentor, and develop the Logistics Systems & Technology team.
