Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Finance Director to lead the VRS Finance function within VRS Shared Services, overseeing accounting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will align financial strategy with Visit Red Sea objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor a high-performing finance team, and partner with senior leaders to drive optimal organizational performance.

The role requires a BA in Finance/Accounting, MBA or professional certifications, and at least

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA in Finance, Business Administration (preferred).
Professional certification: CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA (highly preferred).
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
Proven experience in a shared services, hospitality, tourism, or government-related environment is an advantage.
Strong background in financial planning, accounting, and reporting within large-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership to senior leadership and the VRS Shared Services team.
Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts with financial models.
Ensure timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and develop the VRS Finance team and promote a high-performance culture.
