Job summary

Amrak Facilities Management, a Red Sea Global company, seeks a Finance Director to lead the finance department in Saudi Arabia, overseeing IFRS compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

The role requires at least 15 years of relevant experience, ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA membership, and deep GAAP knowledge; you will drive cash flow, internal controls, and stakeholder reporting to support growth across RSG destinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance.
• Minimum 15 years in management accounting or finance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; IFRS familiarity is a plus.
• Membership in ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate finance team activities to align with strategic plans and policies.
• Model and promote Amrak values, ensuring engagement and performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor variance and advise actions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRS where applicable.
• Identify cash flow risks and financial irregularities; implement mitigations.
• Ensure departmental budgets are maintained; liaise with heads of departments.
• Prepare timely tax returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide regular management updates.
• Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance in financial reporting to leadership.
• Oversee internal controls and financial system implementations; ensure accuracy.
