Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah seeks a senior leader to oversee the ambulatory center, driving strategy, operations, and financial management. The role requires coordinating workflow, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and leading staff engagement and development.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in healthcare with at least 5 years in leadership roles at recognized medical centers, and fluent English and Arabic.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience in the Healthcare sector.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in recognized medical centers.
• MBBCh or MD; specialty training is preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Mansioni

• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery aspects including strategy, business planning, operations and financial management.
• Contributes to ambulatory center strategic plan development and implementation.
• Coordinates and administers workflow for ambulatory services.
• Ensures compliance with national and international standards and accreditation requirements (e.g., CBAHI, JCI, CHI).
• Oversees supply, equipment, and medication requests for the ambulatory center.
• Leads recruitment in line with manpower plans and company policies.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and DAMA data, and develops corrective actions.
• Implements performance indicators and initiates corrective actions for suboptimal results.
• Plans continuing education and training for staff based on needs assessment.
• Manages budget for clinic services, resources, and facilities; submits reports to administration.
• Contributes to local and group committees; ensures legal compliance and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Leads staff engagement initiatives to foster a motivated workforce.
