Job summary

U.S. Renal Care Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Operations Director to provide strategic direction and executive oversight for regional operations, clinics, and growth initiatives.

You will align financial, clinical, quality, and workforce objectives with company strategy, leading regional directors and ensuring governance across the portfolio. You will drive budgeting, staffing, and capital planning while coordinating with IT, Finance, and clinical leadership to optimize operations and patient care

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading senior operational leaders across multi-site healthcare operations.
• Preference for certifications in health leadership or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Department and provide strategic direction across regions and clinics.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance to meet finance and quality targets.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Clinical Services and Biomedical Engineering to optimize systems and patient care.
