Job summary

Airlines Network and Scheduling Manager is sought for a large Saudi airline company. The role will lead route network development, schedule optimization, and coordination with SABRE-based tools to ensure high utilization and alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include market assessment, route/frequency decisions, financial forecasting, and collaboration with revenue management, airports, and third parties. Travel flexibility and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed university or college degree.
• 5 years of experience in the Airline Network Planning and Scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good oral and written presentations skills.
• Team work and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken / written English.
• Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop route network related recommendations and high utilization schedules in line with strategic and financial needs of the business.
• Schedule and maintenance events using SABRE Air-Flite Schedule Manager Tool.
• Schedule distribution to internal system (SABRE RES) and external agencies (OAG/INNOVATA).
• Building relationships with airports and third parties.
• Assessing new markets based on strategic fit, financial potential, growth opportunity, risks and possible entry points.
• Determining new routes and bases to add to the network.
• Providing financial forecasts for potential new routes and bases.
• Building and maintaining financial evaluation tools as required.
• Working with the revenue management team to determine amendments to existing routes, frequencies and airports.
