Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks an experienced, hands-on leader to head Line Maintenance operations for the Boeing 787 fleet. You will drive safety, reliability, and efficiency, directing line maintenance shift operations and technical decisions for aircraft recovery.

The role requires overseeing defect management, MEL approvals, and airworthiness standards while coordinating with AOG desk operations and MCC systems. You will mentor maintenance teams, uphold stringent safety compliance, and lead 24/7

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of comprehensive aircraft maintenance experience with line maintenance management.
• B787 GENX type rating certificate.
• GACA Aviation License.
• AMOS software proficiency certification.
• Security clearance and willingness for rotating shift patterns (24/7).

• Lead and direct line maintenance shift operations for Boeing 787 fleet.

You will oversee defect management and MEL application approvals while maintaining the uncompromising safety standards that define Riyadh Air. Further, you will establish and control airworthiness standards across our entire fleet, providing leadership and mentorship to maintenance teams while coordinating with AOG desk operations and MCC systems.

About You

A minimum Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering or equivalent, you will possess at least 10 years of comprehensive aircraft maintenance experience with extensive line maintenance management expertise.
