Job summary

Saudia Cargo is seeking a Load Master to ensure proper loading of cargo aircraft, including main and lower deck operations, in line with IATA standards and company policies. You will review weight and balance, supervise loading, and ensure secure restraint and correct stowage for various cargo categories.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and submitting detailed flight reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or aviation related degree required or preferred.
• Strong understanding of load planning concepts and weight & balance.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities, with customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review load planning/weight and balance documents for accuracy.
• Ensure safe operation of cargo doors and loading systems in all conditions.
• Monitor stowage, balance, and limits for all cargo types including hazardous and valuable goods.
• Coordinate with maintenance for any system malfunctions and report with proper logbook updates.
• Prepare detailed loadmaster reports after each flight and ensure compliance with regulations.
