Job summary

Sulava MEA is seeking an AI Transformation Advisor to lead end-to-end AI adoption for customers across the Middle East, starting with the Saudi market. This role combines AI strategy, change management, and program delivery, working directly with customer leadership to turn AI into measurable business impact.

You will drive multi-phase transformation programs, define AI roadmaps, and promote Copilot and AI productivity tooling across client ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Must be Saudi national.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience delivering multi-phase transformation programs.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation programs end-to-end from strategy to execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to define AI vision and roadmap.
• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training and real use-case execution.
• Design and deliver Innovation Workshops, executive briefings and adoption programs.
• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and agent opportunities.
• Demonstrate and build simple AI agents to showcase tangible business value.
• Manage adoption programs including planning, tracking KPIs and outcomes.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption at scale.
• Communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and engagement teams.
