Sulava MEA is seeking an AI Transformation Advisor for the Saudi market to lead AI adoption and transformation programs across customers in the region. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, turning AI concepts into measurable business value.

You will work with C-suite and senior leaders to define AI roadmaps, drive Copilot adoption, design innovation workshops, and guide change management to scale AI across enterprises in a dynamic Middle East environment.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic and execution-focused AI transformation experience.
• Proven program leadership across multi-phase transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and IT.
• Arabic fluency and Saudi market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation programs end-to-end from strategy to execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define AI vision and roadmap.
• Drive Copilot adoption through workshops, training, and use-case execution.
• Design and deliver innovation workshops and adoption programs.
• Translate business needs into AI use cases and agent opportunities.
• Demonstrate AI agents to show business value.
• Manage adoption programs with planning, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Drive change management initiatives for scalable adoption.
• Communicate across business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and engagement teams.
