Job summary

Elbetron Technologies Company is seeking a QA Engineer to plan and execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests across web, mobile, and chat interfaces. You will create Arabic and English test sets, document defects with clear steps and evidence, and drive automation for repeatable checks.

Fluency in Arabic or English is required, with a strong curiosity about AI system fail modes. This role focuses on delivering high-quality releases with attention to RTL Arabic UX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software QA experience (manual & automated).
• Experience with a test automation tool such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Careful bug reports: steps, expected result, actual result, evidence.
• Fluent Arabic or English, ideally both; you can judge whether an Arabic answer reads naturally.
• Curiosity about how AI systems fail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run functional, regression and exploratory testing across web, mobile and chat interfaces
• Build test sets of real questions in Arabic and English, including tricky and off-topic ones
• Record wrong, unsafe or made-up answers and trace them to a cause
• Automate repeatable checks and report results clearly to engineers and product owners
• Test releases before they go live, including the Arabic right-to-left experience
