Job summary

Elbetron Technologies Company is seeking an AI/ML engineer to design, build, and evaluate AI features that power our customer-facing assistants and agents. You will connect models to company data to ground answers in real documents and measure quality with test sets to improve performance.

You will collaborate with backend teams to deploy features into production and maintain them. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus, and 2+ years of ML/AI experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building ML or AI-powered software.
• Strong Python and comfort with APIs, databases and Git.
• Experience with NLP, retrieval, speech, or computer vision.
• Able to explain why a model fails and what you will try next.
• Comfortable working in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evaluate AI features such as classification, retrieval, extraction and agent workflows
• Connect models to company data so answers are grounded in real documents
• Measure quality with test sets, then fix what the numbers show
• Work with the backend team to put features into production and keep them running
• Write clear notes so the rest of the team can maintain what you build
