ValleySoft is seeking an AI Engineer to shape and deliver enterprise AI solutions across machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, translating business needs into robust AI capabilities with governance and operational excellence throughout the model lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional AI experience including model evaluation and governance.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/DL/AI solutions.
• Strong Python skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with AI model lifecycle management, quality metrics, and monitoring.
• Experience with MLOps, governance, risk, and compliance in AI workflows.
• Fluent English and Arabic; eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and on-site.

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise AI solutions across a range of real-world use cases. The role is suited to someone who enjoys combining technical depth with strong cross-functional collaboration, helping translate business needs into robust AI capabilities while supporting quality, governance, and operational excellence throughout the model lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, integrate, and deploy enterprise AI models and AI-enabled solutions across machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Assess AI use cases and perform model testing, validation, and quality evaluation.
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvement throughout onboarding, updates, reassessments, and retirement.
• Troubleshoot model behavior, performance degradation, and integration issues.
• Support AI governance workflows, monitoring measures, evaluation templates, dashboards, and reporting.
• Collaborate with platform developers on enhancement testing and production operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Support Responsible AI reviews, model risk management, data privacy, data governance, and compliance controls.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, client stakeholders, platform specialists, and governance teams.
  Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence.
• 6+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, AI solution implementation, model evaluation, AI governance support, and AI operationalization.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, implementing, and deploying machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Python skills for AI/ML development and implementation, with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Practical knowledge of AI model lifecycle management and model evaluation, including accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and related performance metrics.
• Experience with AI model testing, validation, robustness, quality assessment, and monitoring model drift, data drift, performance degradation, and production model performance.
• Experience applying MLOps and AI governance practices, including model versioning, deployment pipelines, lifecycle management, documentation, approval workflows, risk assessments, and compliance controls.
• Experience with model risk management, data privacy, data governance, and Responsible AI practices, including fairness, bias detection, explainability, transparency, and human oversight.
• Experience collaborating with AI engineers and technical teams, partnering with business users to understand AI use cases, coordinating with platform and integration teams, working with governance and risk specialists, and communicating with client stakeholders.
• Fluent English and proficiency in Arabic.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and able to work on-site.
  Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Milvus, and with RAG frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as banking, financial services, or government.
• Experience leading client presentations and workshops.
