Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Saudi Arabia seeks an Associate Technician – After-Sales Services to join our automotive team. This role focuses on diagnosing, servicing and repairing vehicles, coordinating with service advisors and parts teams to ensure quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has a strong automotive education and extensive hands-on experience in workshop operations, with emphasis on diagnostics and safety. This position is based on-site in Saudi Arabia with a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years hands-on automotive experience.
• Strong experience in vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software.
• Hands-on experience in brake systems, suspension, tires and drivetrain repairs.
• Knowledge of low-voltage and high-voltage vehicle components is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive dealerships / authorized service centers will be highly preferred.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
• Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
• Conduct quality checks after repairs.
