Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 (Amazon) is seeking an ACES Specialist to provide field support for TREX in Saudi Arabia. You will drive process standardization across SA operations, enabling station with tools and knowledge to improve KPIs, and contribute to performance benchmarking.

The role emphasizes on-ground support to station management, driving order execution quality and customer satisfaction, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions.
Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience working with stakeholders.
Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic.
Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

On-ground support & firsthand contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking, you will work on effective change processes and contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing. You are in charge of monitoring the logistics and delivery success through set in station and on road performance indicators. You will set up actions plans and execute them to drive current performance to benchmark rates.
