Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 is seeking an ACES Specialist (TREX Field Support) to standardize processes and support last mile operations in Riyadh. The role focuses on improving delivery station performance, sharing best practices, and driving actions that improve customer satisfaction.

The position requires experience in logistics or manufacturing, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution centers, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
• Experience with continuous improvement projects and stakeholder collaboration.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent in Arabic (reading/writing/speaking).
• Fluent in both Arabic and English for communication.

Responsibilities

• On-ground support for station management to drive process improvements and share best practices.
• Monitor logistics and delivery performance using in-station and on-road metrics.
• Create action plans and execute to raise performance toward benchmarks.
• Drive order execution to positively influence customer satisfaction.
