Job summary

AJEX Logistics is seeking a Quality, Compliance and Process Expert to drive operational excellence across the logistics organization in Riyadh. You will ensure processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met and continuously improved.

You will work with the Director of Quality, Compliance and Process, external auditors, and cross-functional teams to implement ISO 9001 guidelines, Saudi regulations, and KPI dashboards while training staff on compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management, Compliance, or Process Excellence in logistics or e-commerce.
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and process methodologies Lean and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with audits and regulatory requirements in the Saudi market is a plus.
• Analytical, structured working style with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Independent, assertive personality with high precision.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain quality and process standards (SOPs) across all operational areas.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with internal policies as well as Saudi and international regulations.
• Identify process weaknesses and drive concrete improvement measures (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
• Support certification processes and regulatory inspections (e.g. ISO 9001, SASO, customs and transport regulations).
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards to measure quality and process performance.
• Train operational teams on quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, and HSE to ensure consistent standards across functions.
• Report to the Head of Quality, Compliance and Process, including deviation analysis and recommended actions.
