Job summary

Chedi Hospitality is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor invoices, reimbursements and payments onsite at The Chedi Hegra in Medina. You will maintain organized records, reconcile statements, and assist with month-end closing while collaborating with procurement and receiving teams.

The role requires attention to detail, English communication, and experience in finance. The ideal candidate will work onsite full-time and support audits with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting software.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Onsite full-time work at The Chedi Hegra.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized accounts payable records and documentation.
• Reconcile statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with procurement and receiving departments to verify orders and deliveries.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
