The Chedi Hegra is seeking a Receiving Clerk Storekeeper to support daily operations onsite. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and safe storage across the property, ensuring timely receipt, inspection, and distribution of goods.

This role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and teamwork, with responsibilities ranging from documenting receipts to periodic stock counts, while complying with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receiving clerk, storekeeper, or similar warehouse/store role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift, move, and store items of varying weights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments for correctness and quality.
• Document the receipt of goods and accurately update inventory management systems.
• Safely store and organize items in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team regarding discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized storeroom at all times.
• Assist in conducting regular stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.
• Prepare goods and materials for issuance or delivery to the relevant departments.
• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies during storage and handling.
