Job summary

Ninja is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join the Sales Department and maintain relationships with existing partner restaurants on the Ninja platform.

You will be the primary contact for partners, conducting regular performance reviews and addressing inquiries with a proactive approach to account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of account management, customer service, or sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular check‑ins with partners to review performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Acquisition and Operations, to facilitate partner onboarding and transition
• Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners to drive engagement and sales
• Cross‑selling NCR products and monitor ROI for partners
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, communications, and performance using CRM software
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to partners

Requirements
