Job summary

Red Bananas in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and coordinate projects across internal teams. You will communicate daily with clients, gather their requests, and ensure projects progress smoothly from kickoff to delivery.

You will prepare account reports and presentations, monitor client satisfaction, and contribute to strengthening the business relationship with key customers.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in account management or client service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
