Job summary

Ethos Interactive in Riyadh is seeking an Account Executive to drive day-to-day account activity, keep briefs written, approvals chased, timelines held, and documentation clean. You will support client relationships, attend client meetings, take notes, and circulate accurate contact reports.

Collaboration with junior to mid-level client contacts is essential, with escalation to the Account Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 0–3 years' experience in an agency, marketing, or communications environment; internships count.
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Confident with PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel/Sheets; comfortable learning reporting and project-management tools.
• Working knowledge of social platforms as a marketer.

Responsibilities

• The Account Executive keeps work moving: briefs written, approvals chased, timelines held, documentation clean.
• Acts as day-to-day contact for routine client requests and attends client meetings.
• Gathers inputs for strategic work, assembles decks, and contributes ideas in reviews.
• Traffics work and ensures delivery through creative, production, and media teams.
• Prepares draft estimates and time sheets; supports production and reporting processes.
