An international wellness establishment in Qatar seeks a Spa Manager to oversee operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Spa Therapy and have 3-5 years of spa experience, including supervisory roles. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining service quality, and promoting client satisfaction. A strong focus on training and development is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of spa experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and hygiene standards.
- Passion for wellness and service excellence.
Responsabilités
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Train, supervise, and support spa therapists and staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining facility standards.
