Job summary

Marzooq S. Al Shamlan Holding in Doha is seeking a Sales Engineer - Waterproofing to drive sales and provide technical expertise for waterproofing solutions on-site.

Identify opportunities with contractors, consultants and developers, deliver technical presentations, and recommend suitable systems based on project requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and ensure timely follow-up, while providing pre- and post-sales support and maintaining market

Qualifications

• Strong sales engineering skills including solution selling and project assessment.
• Sales and customer service skills to manage pipelines and relationships.
• Technical support capabilities to guide product use and troubleshoot issues.
• Effective communication and technical report writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/chemical engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in waterproofing or construction materials sales in Gulf region a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; driving license for site visits in Doha area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities with contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and recommend waterproofing systems.
