Job summary

First Advanced Safety Systems in Doha, DAW, QA seeks a driven Sales Engineer to promote Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems to clients across sectors. This on-site role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to tailor solutions.

You will identify prospects, deliver technical presentations, prepare proposals, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field.
• Proven sales engineering experience in fire safety or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems and safety products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Regulatory knowledge NFPA, EN, local codes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Provide customized fire safety solutions based on clients' needs and regulations.
• Develop and manage relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, quotations, and project plans.
• Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide technical support during pre- and post-sales stages.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and project updates.
