Job summary

Novel Overseas Corporation in Doha specializes in fire protection and industrial solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Sales professional to build relationships with MEP and EPC contractors, consultants, facility managers and industrial clients.

You will generate new sales opportunities, prepare quotations and submit technical proposals, negotiate terms, follow up RFQs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. English fluent; Arabic advantageous, driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire & Safety Engineering, or related field.
• 2–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret customer requirements.
• Good knowledge of the Qatar market and established customer relationships will be an advantage.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with MEP and EPC contractors, consultants, facility management companies and industrial clients.
• Generate new sales opportunities and achieve targets; promote fire protection products.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, product proposals and commercial offers.
• Follow up on RFQs, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, delivery and technical documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming construction and MEP projects.
• Support customers with product information, technical documentation and application guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations and opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, exhibitions and technical discussions when required
