Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking an experienced Guest Relations professional to ensure every guest interaction meets the Rosewood standard of service. You will manage guest information, preferences, and special requests, coordinating with departments to deliver seamless experiences.

Responsibilities include handling guest communications, maintaining knowledge of services and promotions, managing VIP arrivals, and ensuring high-quality, personalized guest journeys from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest information according to Rosewood standards and update guest preference forms before arrival.
• Disperse information to relevant departments to ensure requests are followed through.
• Record challenges or opportunities from previous, during or past guest stays in Opera.
• Contact guests the same day as queries via telephone, e-mail, Glowing, or in person.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and VIP programs to inform guests.
• Greet guests warmly, engage in natural conversations, and assist with VIP arrivals and departures.
• Monitor Trust You and other reviews, log any issues for internal follow-up in Knowcross, and coordinate actions.
• Prepare reports on guest activity, profiles, and personal preferences to personalize stays.
• Oversee welcome amenities, ensure decorations are correct, and supervise upgrade or special occasion setups.
• Collaborate with Front of House leadership to manage rosters, training, and departmental goals.
