Job summary

The role requires strong English communication, experience in hospitality, and the ability to perform fine-dining service with accuracy, teamwork, and a welcoming, polished presence in a luxury hotel setting in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food safety/hygiene certification or willingness to complete required certification.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Arabic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and provide personalized attention throughout dining.
• Present menus, explain specials, and provide knowledge of ingredients, dietary info, and allergens.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system and communicate guest preferences to kitchen and bar teams.
• Execute fine dining service techniques and maintain table settings to established standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
