Job summary

Confidential in Qatar is seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Organizational Development Team Leader to design and drive compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives across a large and diverse organization.

The role partners with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure reward and OD programs are aligned with business objectives, market practices, internal equity, and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, organizational psychology, finance or related field.
• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM or WorldatWork is an advantage.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Organizational Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards, compensation, and benefits programs with emphasis on internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Drive OD initiatives aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Manage performance management framework including goal-setting, KPIs, reviews, calibration and development planning.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and provide insights to senior management.
• Oversee governance, policies, and compliance with Qatar labor requirements.
