Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar is seeking a senior HR leader to develop and implement workforce planning, organization effectiveness, total rewards, HR systems, and people analytics strategies that support our business objectives and long-term growth. The role ensures competitive reward programs and reliable workforce insights to guide strategic decisions.

The incumbent will lead budgeting, compensation governance, and rewards initiatives while driving data-driven HR practices across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent, or studying a Post Graduate qualification in HR, Business Management or a similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee organization design and organizational effectiveness initiatives to support operational efficiency and growth.
• Provide strategic advice to management on organizational structures and workforce optimization.
• Ensure workforce plans, recruitment activities, and manpower requirements remain aligned with budgets.
• Deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making.

Education
