Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Knowledge of salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles and incentive plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Manage employee benefits enrollment and vendor coordination
• Prepare reward-related reports, analytics and recommendations
