The Total Rewards and OD Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to support the Group’s strategic objectives. The role also leads organization design (OD) initiatives to ensure that the Group's structure, roles, and processes are effectively aligned for optimal performance and scalability. This position partners closely with senior leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the organization’s goals, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and cost-effectiveness across all job families.
- Oversee job evaluation and grading processes using established methodologies (e.g., point factor, market pricing) to support compensation decisions and organizational structure design.
- Lead the design, benchmarking, and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across geographies, ensuring legal compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, promotions, and fitment exercises, while adhering to budget constraints.
- Drive organizational design initiatives, including restructuring and new business setups, to optimize structures, roles, and reporting lines in line with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain a job architecture framework including job levels, career paths, and competency models to support clarity, mobility, and talent development.
- Ensure alignment of total rewards with performance management systems, including bonus and incentive programs, to drive a high-performance culture.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay current with compensation trends, regulatory changes, and best practices across multiple regions.
- Leverage HR systems and analytics (e.g., SAP) to support compensation planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead change management and communication efforts related to rewards and OD programs, ensuring stakeholder engagement, awareness, and successful implementation.

- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
- Job Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
