Job summary

You will conduct salary benchmarking, support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans, and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations. Strong analytical and Excel skills are required, GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans.
